Complicated Italy trip...handled perfectly by Kate Johnson Travel.

I recently was planning a two week trip to Italy. The first week with my wife for a wedding in Lake Como, the second week for a sightseeing trip with my brother in Rome and the Amalfi Coast. The logistics involved multiple departure cities, multiple arrival dates and multiple activities, guides, transportation, dinner reservations, etc. Kate and her team listened really well to our likes/dislikes and what we wanted to get out of the trip. They then got us there and back with no hiccups, made fabulous hotel and activities suggestions and accommodated our budget. We did a pre-travel call to make sure all the details were ironed out, made last minute adjustments to the itinerary and they were on standby for help during the entire trip. The app they equipped us with also kept all details at our fingertips...including in-country help 24 hours a day. A great value and would use them again without hesitation!

Kate planned a great trip for us to Disney. We stayed at the Four Seasons and got lots of Virtuoso perks including $72 credit for breakfast each morning. Hello ladies! I just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU so much for planning such a beautiful trip. The island was absolutely magical and the perfect setting for some one on one time for Matthew and myself. We mostly travel with our kids so it was a very welcome change of pace. The activities were exactly what I was looking for. We started to panic a little when the first rainy day happened because it looked like the rest of the week was going to be that same way. We were thrilled when we had two more beautiful and perfect days left as the forecast shifted. Such a great ending to the trip!

Morning Kate- I just wanted to send you a quick note to say what a wonderful time we had in Disney World this week. Frances was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Truly the best experience. We got stuck in all the travel drama and couldn’t get a flight home Thursday, and Frances worked insanely fast to get us set up at the Ritz Orlando. They treated us like royalty, I could go on and on.

Just back from an amazing trip to Hawaii! Our stay at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki was perfect—beautiful rooms, stunning views, great service, and delicious food at House Without a Key. Waikiki's shopping was fun too! We loved the waterfall hike and had a great time at Dave's Waikiki restaurant. The helicopter ride over Kauai was incredible, and ziplining was a family favorite.

Thank you for planing and organizing an amazing Italy experience!  From the time we left Atlanta until the time we arrived home everything went smoothly.  The transfers were flawless and the Hotels were perfect! The guides were so much fun and knowledgeable.

The trip exploring Tuscany with the tour of Siena and the lunch and wine tasting at the vineyard was awesome.
