DISCOVER
We typically start with a travel questionnaire to get an idea of the vacation you have in mind. Next, we will set up a quick call or meet in person and we can learn more about your travel preferences, priorities, budget, past favorite trips and other considerations. This consultation typically takes 15-30 minutes and we will provide you with information about our services and pricing for your custom itinerary.
ENJOY
Now its vacation time! You will have access to your itinerary and all travel details at your fingertips via an app and if traveling internationally, contact information for in-country support should you need it. And, of course your KJ Travel team is here for you along the way. If you’re on social media, tag #kjtravel and @katejohnsontravel so we can follow along with your vacation!
REVIEW
We will get in touch when you return to hear all about your trip! We want to know your favorites (and not so favorites) from the accommodations, tours and activities. All your feedback provides great insight for planning your next vacation. Of course, our biggest compliment is when clients refer us to their friends and family – it is our client’s satisfaction that keeps our business going!
DESIGN
We get started designing your ideal vacation from honeymoons, babymoons, and beach getaways to safaris. We work with our partners around the globe to find the best accommodations to fit your needs: a city apartment, family-friendly resort, private home rental and more. Next, we look at touring, transfers and activities based on your goals for the trip. We plan small group or private tours, and can arrange special access and ungoogle-able experiences. This is where the magic happens as we create your custom itinerary. You can be as involved as you’d like during this step. We love to collaborate with our clients.
RESERVE
Booking your accommodations and tours with KJ Travel not only gives you the best rates, but clients get added value like complimentary daily breakfast, resort credits, upgrades, special amenities and more. We want to make sure our clients feel like VIPS and add those special touches along the way. We also confirm deposit schedules, cancellation policies and travel insurance options to make sure you are covered and provide travel documents.
